|Recommended: YesI’ve been a proud resident at Grand Lake Townhomes for the past 5 years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. The community is peaceful, well-kept, and truly feels like home.
One of the biggest highlights during my time here has been the exceptional service from the maintenance team—especially Ikeen. He has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure all of my maintenance needs were handled quickly and professionally. What really stands out is not just his efficiency, but his kindness and support.
Zijada and the office staff have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the years , even during some difficult times. It’s rare to find a place where both the property and the people make such a positive impact. I’m grateful to have called Grand Lake Townhomes home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a community that truly cares about its residents.

|Recommended: NoNew tenant — The community itself is nice and the townhouse has a lot of potential but too many small problems that aren’t being addressed or looked over and ignored. For a “luxury property” and 1800 rent I am not satisfied at all.

|Recommended: YesLovely Community - my family and I are so happy here — My home is so beautiful and modern. The only downfall is that the upstairs part of the home is warmer than downstairs. Not a deal breaker for us. The neighbors and super friendly and the office staff is helpful and kind. I absolutely love Grand Lake and I hope to live here for many years.
